I work with your people to evaluate and improve business processes so that transformation is sustainable and company culture is not only maintained but improved.

My approach to change management is to inform, educate, involve and enable people as early, openly and fully as possible. To guide you and your people through often difficult situations, I apply sound change management methodologies because I firmly believe that success can only be achieved if all staff are included and understand the strategic vision.

I’m versatile, adaptable and have a proven ability to work across all levels of the business, from the Board of Directors, with CEOs, senior management and all levels of staff who will bring this transformation to life.

  • Establishing stakeholder structures that are uniquely yours
  • Facilitating workshops on workplace strategy and culture, guided by your values
  • Developing and implementing internal and external communication plans
  • Identifying and empowering transformation leaders within the organisation to be the walk you talk
  • Creating a sense of “connectedness” and shared purpose so your people see value and want to participate
  • Evaluating and improving business processes affected by transitional change
  • Sustaining the transformation through regular monitoring and review
  • Training your people as I go so the change ethos and IP stays with you
