Overview:
2019: The engagement by Westhaven Marina was to conduct a workspace review to support the business case for new premises for the Administration, Dockmasters and Maintenance teams. The review focused on reviewing the different work practices, workstyles, roles and relationships for each of the teams. Conducting workplace observations and utilisation, producing workstyle profiles, staff to space ratios and aligning the outcomes to the best office design and furniture layout for various test fit options.
2020: The engagement by Westhaven Marina was to conduct a feasibility review to temporarily relocate the Dockhands and Maintenance teams within the current Marina environment. To gather information for design, cost and programme for both fixed and portable accommodation options and present information for Board business case approval.
