Overview:
WDHB is the design and build of new mental health, diabetes consulting and clinical space; and a flexible office and workspace to be occupied by several user groups consolidating from the current WDHB Campus and elsewhere in the Hamilton CBD.
Partnered with Workplace Factor Ltd to assist the refurbishment programme consolidating 12,000m2 across two floors including community health clinics and 700 staff. The role is responsible for change management to implement new flexible working principles utilising the opportunity to leverage the physical disruption created by the move as a time to reset and evolve the purpose, culture, behaviours, performance, relationships, deliverables and embed the operational/functional aspects of the new workspace and clinic.
