Workplace Strategy 2016
NZ Post Highbrook project is to assess current occupancy at the Highbrook office. I partnered with colleague, Be Confident, to undertake a review of staff:space utilisation, workplace practices and assist with sequencing of events for a reshuffle and restack of teams. Facilitating a series of staff workshops, gathering and analysing this data, then agreeing with onsite leaders on the optimal restack and alignment within Property workplace guidelines. Embedding a range of sustainable change goals that are monitored to ensure a successful workplace transition.
