Overview:

MIT Manukau Campus is the design and build of the new 20,000m3 campus at Manukau, Auckland. MIT were leading an initiative to integrate a new educational facility to be home for the business, education, logistics and foundation faculties as well as commercial tenants. The new campus offers a mix of open plan learning and classroom spaces with a new pedagogy for teaching and learning for MIT. The engagement was to assist with the development of a transitional change management review of both strategic and operational elements. The review looked into the marketing and communications, human resource elements, logistics, building operations and broader MIT readiness and preparedness for the move planned for mid-2013.
