Overview:
MERW Commercial Bay project is to design and build new flexible workspace for their 250 people at the new PwC Tower, Commercial Bay, Auckland. The engagement was the implementation of the workplace change management programme, inclusive of strong communication and engagement strategy, that supports their people in preparation for the relocation to new premises. Also tasked to lead the procurement and delivery of the furniture solutions that support future ways of working, technology tools and ensures strategy, brand and culture alignment. To mentor and manage the project team to develop a fully coordinated relocation process and ensure all business teams have a seamless transitional experience.
