Overview:

Meredith Connell project is to design and build a new fit for purpose modern workspace in Graham St, CBD, Auckland. The outcome was to align with a brand + culture refresh to support their 180 people. The engagement by Meredith Connell was to lead the design and implementation of the workplace change management programme that supported their people in preparation for the relocation to these new premises and transition from traditional ways of working to new activity working principles. My role collaborated with Architects, Project Managers and internal teams to ensure the new brand, culture and ways of working aligned and were supported by a strong change engagement programme and communication plan.
