Fonterra Project Revive is to deliver a consolidated review, design and implementation of revised accommodation arrangements at Auckland Head Office over three phased stages. The engagement was to lead the design, build, change management, stakeholder engagement, communication and relocation deliverables. I was the project lead for eight work streams ensuring appropriate resource and task management, budget control, risk and issue monitoring, external construction and design teams, work programmes and all related deliverables.
