Overview:
Fonterra was formed in October 2001 through the merger of NZ Dairy Board, NZ Dairy Group and Kiwi Cooperative Dairy Ltd. I was engaged as the e Project Manager delivering the following:
- Preparation for staff relocation across New Zealand sites
- Disestablished and divested of office sites no longer required through the merger
- Designed and implemented new Fonterra office fitout standards and branding to current corporate sites.
- Strategic development and implementation of a new strategic centralised support services model.
- Designed and implemented support services framework inclusive of values, objectives and KPI / Balanced Scorecard measurements.
- Implemented and managed a customer service delivery model that necessitated change management and new culture development from Managers, staff and support services team.
- Designed and implemented new Fonterra culture initiatives within Fonterra Centre environment, aligning these initiatives to other corporate sites.
Princes St, CBD, Auckland
- Engaged as Project Manager for fitout of new central CBD premises (Fonterra Centre) and other new office sites as required.
- Included design, hard/soft fitout to new Fonterra standards, relocated staff (with existing furniture) from 8 locations and divested of previous property.
- Relocated staff from other NZ sites to Auckland, ensuring effective change management and new culture development.
- Designed and implemented new Fonterra office fitout standards and branding to current corporate sites
- Disestablished and divested of office sites no longer required.
