Overview:

Chapman Tripp Commercial Bay project is to design and build new flexible workspace for their 240 people at new PwC Tower, Commercial Bay, Auckland. The engagement was to design and provide implementation of the workplace change management programme that supports their people in preparation for the relocation to these new premises. Supporting and mentoring internal people to deliver the programme to ensure the strategy, brand and culture aligns with their way of working that are supported by a communication and engagement strategy. To assist with the furniture selection, procurement, and project manage the delivery and installation at the new workspace. Mentor and manage the project team to develop a fully coordinated relocation process and ensure all business teams have a seamless transitional experience.
