Overview:
ATEED Te Whanake project is to design and build new workspace at Victoria St West, CBD, Auckland, engaging a strong change programme for its 175 people.
Contracted to ATEED to lead the design and implementation of the change management programme to support their people in preparation for the relocation to new premises, new culture and new flexible working principles. Assessing and coaching all external and internal teams to ensure their brand, culture and new ways of working are aligned. Assessed and implemented leadership training programme and a paper and storage reduction programme, aligned to new operational processes. Designed a full communication programme and upskilled internal resources to implement. Engaged as a member of the Executive Steering Committee acting in an advisory capacity during the assignment.
