Project Director 2018
ANZ Raranga Sylvia Park project is looking at the workplace of the future, 2025, the project proposes that employees need a reason to come into the office. Staff are technologically-agile, mobile and have a network of contacts of their own. The ANZ Sylvia Park workplace designs to their needs – to feel connected to the work they produce, to belong as a community with their colleagues, and to find freedom and flexibility in the spaces they work in. With a well-designed workplace, that aligns to the overall bank’s Flexible Working strategy with the purpose of being an operations building intended to celebrate being the engine room of the bank.
The engagement was for Project Director to lead the design, build and change elements for these new premises at Sylvia Park, consolidating three external locations, 980 staff, into a new fit for purpose and future-proofed workspace. The role was responsible for establishing the project structure, leading and project managing nine various disciplines of architectural design, layout and services, furniture procurement, technology and change management to implement new flexible working principles.
