My main focus is ensuring projects of all sizes run efficiently, to the highest level of quality, and in complete alignment with the client’s strategy and key objectives.  I have worked in senior management roles for major New Zealand and international corporates over many years. The wealth of experience and knowledge I have gained enables me to act as leader, director, manager, strategist, mentor, communicator, educator, facilitator, speaker and environmentalist.

I specialise in representing clients on small or large scale projects and provide detailed understanding of all elements of industry language and how the various parts fit together.  I know all the moving parts of an often complex process and ensure alignment to identify your gaps and risk.  My open and inclusive leadership style provides the right environment for all people involved to deliver at their best.
