Overview:
PwC Future Workplaces project is to design and build new flexible workspace for their 1000 people at the new PwC Tower, Commercial Bay, Auckland. This project was a national alignment of all PwC locations to support fit for future ways of working. The engagement was to lead the Future Workplace change programme, a key deliverable in the overall PwC strategy of being fit for future. To design and implement the change management programme to support their 1000 people in preparation for the relocation to new premises, refreshed culture and new flexible working principles offering mobility and choice. Assessing and coaching internal partners, people and teams to ensure their brand, culture and new ways of working are aligned and Future Workplaces is imbedded as a core deliverable in their new workplace at Commercial Bay, Auckland.
