Overview:
Christchurch City Council were designing and building a new NZGBC 5 star Civic Building in Christchurch CBD. The project involved 1200 people, located across six locations within Christchurch, who would occupy the new office space.
The engagement was to lead transitional change coaching, mentoring executive and staff and direct support to the project change management team.
